I am experiencing the same thing. Just recently had foot surgery (two weeks ago). I am also in a boot. Fortunately I have a total gym which can be used as a rowing machine. There is no pressure on my foot at all. It's not an intense workout which is what I'd like to be doing but it does burn some calories. Hope you find…
