  • Sorry to hear about side effects. I started phentermine 21 days ago. My only side effect was fatigue. I get really tired after taking it yet can't sleep. However, it is not as bad as the first few days and some caffeine usually helps some. I hope the side effects will get better for you!
  • Hi everyone. I am new also. I started taking phentermine 14 days ago. I am once again trying to lose the weight. I lost 60 lbs a few years ago taking Ali and working my butt off (1-2 hrs a night at least) and cutting calories. I gained it all back and then some over the last 2 years. I have been trying off and on trying to…
  • I made homemade applesauce (about 58 cal for 1/2 cup). After that I decided to try using the applesauce in place of oil for a cake mix cookie recipe and it worked! It was delicious! My kids devoured them! Recipe I used: Funfetti cake mix 3 egg whites 1/2 cup applesauce. Cook at 375 degrees till done. The dough is sticky. I…
  • Working out can change your schedule. If you work out too hard, you can even miss a month (happened to me once).
  • I also have Wii Zumba. It is fun and a good workout.
  • I do not have the kinect, but I do have the Zumba for the Wii. I enjoy it. I can even get my husband and kids to join in occassionally. It is a very good workout (a lot of sweat).
  • I like the Zumba on the Wii. You are having fun doing the excersizes and then on top of that you are trying to keep your person green (means you're doing it right) to get the bonus "backup" dancers, so you won't get bored. My kids (5 and 3) like to try to do it with me too. My husband will even join in occassionally.
  • Yes, you are supposed to. However, I only have one belt. When my husband does zumba with me, he will put on one of the neoprene sweat belts and stick the remote in that. With my 5 yr old, I put the remote in her pocket. Anything that will secure it to your hip should do the trick.
  • I come from a blended family. (my mom had me and my "dad" had my "brother") If you are going to truely going to be a family and share the discipline and supporting roles with your new husband, you have every right to insist the child eats what y'all eat. Your husband should support you on this. You cannot control the way…
  • When I worked and didn't have but 5 min for lunch, I would drink a slimfast. I figured it had vitamins and minerals and would hold me over for a while.
  • Too funny ... Too true
  • Any amount of fat will have the side effect of orange oil stuff. That is your body not absorbing the fat. It is proof that the pill works.
  • I lost about 60 lbs when I was working out and dieting off and on about 1 1/2 yrs ago (about 4 months total of really dieting). I kept everything off but about 10 lbs. I purchased mine at Sams Club bc the refills 170 count for under $70 was the cheapest found. They lasted a long time bc I did not take them with every meal.…
  • Do Kegels. That will strengthen those muscles and hopefully that will help.
  • Most people say yes, you are supposed to eat the calories you burn off. However, if the calorie burned estimate is over estimated and you eat the calories back, you will gain weight. I do not eat all of my calories back. Sometimes I may eat a few back, but that is it. If you do not eat the calories back, you will lose…
  • I find myself in the same position a lot. You just have to make yourself do it. When I first started my weight loss journey, I would post on Facebook and tell everyone how I did to keep myself accountable which now I do on here too. Also, when I don't feel like working out, I tell myself "just 5 or 10 min, then I can…
  • When you input, it says to put what the machine read out says. I have a combo eliptical/bike that I have used as a stationary bike for the last two years. When I input my workouts using weight and time it is relatively close most of the time to what the bike says, so I go with what the read out says. Also, the machine…
