I can empathize with your frustration. You're right...need to get past the mental crap that holds us back.....I'm in the same boat and wish I had an answer. You have accomplished a lot already and I am just beginning (again)....Hang in there!

Philly is my hometown!...my daughter was married at the Philadelphia Cricket Club in 2009. Now I live in suburbs of Cincinnati (Kentucky actually)...anyway....I'm fairly new to this too and I do find it helpful in keeping myself accountable! Hope you have a great experience and reach your goals!

I have been using a modified type of eating that I call clean eating. Artificial sweeteners are also something to cut out...use honey or agave to substitute if you can. Nonfat greek yogurt with honey is the bomb for protein and a little sweetness.
