I always eat poorly on the weekends, but as you biuld habits of choosing better foods it gets easier. A friend of mine says "its not how many times you fall that counts, its how many you get up."

the 30 day shred is pretty awsome. my wife was the same cardio cardio cardio. its take a while but it will happen don't give up :)

Lean Muscle burns more callories. so cardio and weight trainig are probably best. Also make an eating schedule and eat about every 3 hours, not full meals but healthy snacks about 200 or so calories i found that this helps alot. Spicy foods actually helps with blood circulation not necessarily metabolism.
