I tend to eat a lot of my calories at night time, and I've seen quite a lot of people do it I don't know if it has affected me, because I have always done it so have nothing to compare it to If you find it easier to stick to, carry on :)

I don't see why not, it's cruel to overfeed your child to the point of being unhealthy, especially if they can't make their own choices just as the same as underfeeding children

You "reveal" abs by lower body fat %, you can do this by eating at a healthy deficit When you had your eating disorder you probably caused your body to eat more muscle mass than it should, so you would be left with less abs muscles and more stomach fat.

You dont look too thin at all and you can lose a lot more weight before you will look "sick" I personally think you have very nice collarbones, and this may be what people see when they make these comments

if you'd feel ashamed posting about it for the fear of what people might say eg "omg I burnt 600 calories today driving, lets get mcdonalds" and you'd just know people would be like wth, thats when you don't log it :P in my opinion anyway

eat more low calorie foods like fruit and veg and you will feel fuller for less calories, eating a lot of processed food will just make you more hungry

Scales can be crazy things.. I was 137lbs one day, and then 132lbs the next! Take it all with a pinch of salt in my opinion

Also, you may be able to eat more than 1200, I'm on 1750 and still losing weight currently. Work on building some muscle and try to eat like 100grams of protein Because you are at a low weight already, creating a big deficit could do you more harm than good, and you may just end up burning muscle, thus becoming an an exact…

hey if you have a healthy BMI but are unhappy with how you look you may have a too much body fat, maybe ditch the running and start adding weight and resistance exercises. Add me if you like, I'm 5 ft 6 and 133lbs, so am going through a similar thing.
