^^^^^^^^THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!^^^^^^^^^^ Also, I admit to over-using "journey" when referring to most parts of my life, including weight loss. Perhaps, it's the future therapist in me?

Glad he is supportive and willing to help you meet your goals, that's a great husband you have there it seems! Unfortunately, it's very difficult not to compare ourselves to others. BUT, our journey is just that, OURS. Don't worry about what you can't do, remember what can do and have done! Also, men are generally built to…

Thank you for responding! I was at 1200 cals per day and I would generally eat back half-3/4's of my exercise calories because I was so hungry. So, I had been averaging about 1500 calories per day as it was. I just upped my calories today and set them to 1500. I did not eat back any of my exercise calories today and felt…

Hey there! Welcome to the best weight loss pal ever! It's simple, calories in v. calories out and getting into shape! I would cut out fast food and soda first and foremost! Good luck!

9 pounds to go! so close yet so far!

Cut out the fast food. It's not just working out, it's about making sure you eat well. I give myself treats but in moderation and I try to make them as healthy as possible (frozen yogurt instead of ice cream, dark chocolate instead of milk/white chocolate). I'm not perfect either though, this weekend I ate like crap but…

My battle began the summer before my 14th birthday, ten years the other day, I've fully been in recovery for the past five years or so. Feel free to add me!

Your body will go into starvation mode, I know all about from being in recovery from anorexia and having spent quite some time in hospitals due to it. Eat to get yourself up to 1200 cals. Don't starve yourself, it won't do you well in the long run!

A little late posting this but I finished C25K the first week of July! My average run time was 9:35 pace :) now I'm onto the 5K10K program!

I usually allow myself one cheat meal on the weekend, but I still do my best not to go way over my calories with that one meal and try to still be under but I do not kick myself if I do go way over. During the week if I want a bit of chocolate, ice cream, or alcohol, ect. Ill let myself have it because I don't like feeling…

I do generally eat fairly clean but I also don't lol. I enjoy the foods I want to enjoy when I want to enjoy them :) I had half a peanut butter candy bar last night and will finish the other half tonight, I also had a bloody mary and will have another tonight...everything in moderation does the trick for me!

You are awesome! That is all.

Hey! I was one the diet pill train for years, I struggled with anorexia (still do because it's a constant battle) and part of that struggle was the use of diet pills and laxatives. One thing I can tell you is diet pills do not help at all in the long run. All I was left with was a seriously messed up metabolism. They…
