My cals have been set to 1380. I also do Insantiy 6x a week. I am going to give .5lb a week a try, that is 1630cals and still do Insanity on top. I am just not enjoying the feeling of starving and then gaining...

Today was my second Fit Test, I am amazed at how much better I did! Switch Kicks 40 (some with a hop) / 51 (no hop) Power Jacks 34/ 42 Power knees 63/ 90 Power Jumps 36/ 40 Globe Jumps 7/ 12 Suicide Jumps 0/ 11 Push Up Jacks 0/ still no real push-up but getting a lot closer Low Plank Obliques 34/ 60

I'm 5'5, ultimate goal at the moment is 127lbs, that is a weight that I was very comfortable at about 4yrs ago. I am pretty curvy and even when I could wear a size 4, I never looked too slim. I am open to reevaluating my ultimate goal, I really jwant to be healthy and strong.

Love reading all of the update, you all are very funny. I finished day 9! Feeling good, stronger and standing a bit straighter and taller. About a week before I started Insanity, I joined a gym. Do any of you also belong to a gym, if so, what do you typically do there? How ofter do you go?

I got Insanity yesterday, gonna start it today. Very excited to see what the next 60 days bring. I know I should do the fit test but should I do a workout, too today?
