Honestly, i'm not sure which burns more fat. But I speed walk and I also run and it has both helped me lose overall body fat with a healthy eating meal plan! But BUMP to hear responses, I would love to know as well!

I honestly have a protein bar sometimes once everyday. If it fits within my macros/cals, I don't see why not!

My worse binge would probably be from 2 packets of oatmeal, 5 slices of whole grain bread topped with pb, a whole bag of multigrain chips with finishing half a container of hummus, just LOADS of it!!! I absolutely LOVE whole grain carbs! I'm not sure if it really makes a difference, but what works for others might not work for you. Most of the time, if it fits within my cals/macros and if i'm craving carbs, as long as it's healthy I find that it doesn't bother me to have a whole grain sandwich at night or a few rice…

What's wrong with bread again?? I love Ezezkiel 4:9 Whole Sprouted Grain "Bread." You can find it in the frozen section at your local grocery store.. I personally love the low sodium kind, it's delicious when toasted.. other than not being toasted, I cannot eat it lol.

I am pear-shaped.. always been more thin in my upper body, while losing weight.. and reaching my goal weight.. I did lose weight in my upper body much more than my bottom half from what it looks. But i've been doing alot of jogging/running lately and weight training and it's helped lose a few inches

I like going around 6-630AM, gives me enough time to get cardio / a good workout in before work.. sometimes I tell myself, i'll go on my lunch break or after work.. but usually by then i'm tired LOL
