            I love the 100 calorie snack packs and applesauce for my morning snack. For afternoon, I like fresh fruits and veggies, and almonds. Emerald has come out with 100 calorie packs of the cocoa roasted almonds, and they are my favorite.0

            Lots of great ideas!! My absolute favorite is instant oatmeal. Super easy to make (add hot water from the water cooler), stir, and enjoy. Plus it keeps my full and energized through lunch. In the afternoon I'm usually craving chocolate (and thinking I deserve it after all I've accomplished through the day) so I keep a sugarfree Jell-O pudding snack in the fridge. Seriously yummy.0

 Kale chips ( kale marinated in a tbsp of olive oil , tbsp of cumin shake up ina closed container and bake at 350 till crispy) YUm!
 I like baby carrots and raw almionds as a mini meal.

            100 calorie packs of pistachios or almonds are my favorite AM snack, and Fiber One coconut caramel bars are my favorite PM snack. The fiber one bars replace a candy bar nicely while giving you 9g of fiber- plus, they help me feel energetic for my post-work trip to the gym! good luck!0
