    I bring 1/2-cup bags of Kashi honey almond cereal that I mix in with greek yogurt. Also, I always have some fruit and a container of human kibble - this week it's kiwis, and dried cherries & marcona almonds. Yummy!

    Lately:

    Serving of pretzels (I've added some m&ms or chocolate chips if I crave something sweet in moderation)
    Carrots
    Pea pods
    Raw green beans
    Almonds
    String cheese
    Apples

    I find that when I snack on raw fruits and vegetables, I stay fuller longer and my teeth feel cleaner :) I get a boost of energy too, which is perfect for that mid-afternoon drag.

    I have some combination of these every day:
    Almonds (plain or brown sugar cinnamon)
    Baby carrots with light dill dip
    Apple, cored & quartered
    Pear, cored & quartered
    2 Wasa crackers (light rye) with 1 wedge of laughing cow light cheese
    1c Stonyfield whole milk french vanilla yogurt with 1/2 - 3/4c frozen berries (higher calorie so I count it as 2 snacks in my my head)
    Celery and peanut or almond butter
    Matthews all natural bread (2 slices) and 1.5T almond butter with a little honey (another 2 snack item)
    Fig Newtons (I usually stay away from processed stuff when I can but I love these. Sadly a snack (100ish calories in my mind) is only 2 cookies)

    This one is HUGE for me in the summertime when fresh tomatoes are every where. I eat a *LOT* of them as snacks. Just quarter them, sprinkle very lightly with salt, and NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM

    Same with unpeeled cucumber slices.

    *SWEDISH FISH
    * GUMMI SAVERS
    * 100 CALORIE PACKS OF DIFFERENT STUFF
    * DRIED FRUIT
    * GRANOLA BARS

    No Fridge in my office and because I work on the go and i'm ALWAYS in my car I have to bring pre packaged stuff or in an ice chest.

    I love lots of frozen fruit with a bit of natural yogurt or fromage frais stirred in. It makes it a bit like a fruit ice cream :-)
