I am in the same boat! I was less than a pound away from losing 20 then my exercise routine got thrown off track and then eventually my eating went with it and it has been hard to jump back in. That was in March and I've gained back about 7 but I am definitely ready to get back on track! Good luck!

Hi all! I started in Jan but was also taking a kettlebells class at the gym so I didn't really keep up with 30DS, usually only once a week or so. I started Level 2 Friday so I'm going to try to stick it out this time. My calves are still sore from Friday.

You can make a stir-fry with it. Throw in some veggies like brocolli, bell peppers, onion, celery or whatever you want, add some soy sauce and serve over brown rice or even alone if you're cutting out carbs. Thanks! I ended up getting the Hunan shrimp with vegetables. I ate so much hot and sour soup beforehand that I wasn't even that hungry. It was only after I logged the soup that I realized how much sodium it had. Ooops.

My fav right now is spring mix with dried cranberries, feta cheese, walnuts, avocado and raspberry vinaigrette. Chicken, hummus, tuna, alfalfa sprouts, and avocado are all good additions (not all together of course)

I loooove Pinterest. I have a board called "Get it Right, Get it Tight" where I pin all my fav fitness related stuff. Aaahh now that you mention it of course I have to sign on but try not to be on there the rest of the day...if that's possible.

I take a kettlebells class and according to my HRM some days I burn 300 some calories but then last night I burned 558 so sometimes it just depends on what you're doing in class that day.

I've been doing kettlebells. I have a class 4 times a week and it's only half an hour so not too much of a time commitment but I could tell a difference in just a few weeks. I also took a Bodypump class that was great. I would also recommend a trainer just to get you started. My old gym offered one free week of training…

Yikes!!! I just looked at mine and I'm 30 over my DL wieght!!!! Boy was I lying to myself. Well I'm on my way back down so that's all that matters. That just may have to be my new goal so thanks! :) Congrats on your successful journey thus far!!!
