  • I am not taking any diet pills. When I feel a bowel movement coming on It's no worry. Then I feel my rectum muscle not keep closed, and they wont hold the bowel movement for some reason. Most time I am close to a bathroom I can run to. But thats not always gonna be the case.

  • Monty is correct though ;) I believe its 80% Diet, and 20% Exercise. Everyone is different, and everyone's body is different. You do not have to life, you can do all cardio. But you will not give your body that fit, lean shape that some people do want.

  • The idea of having a pre and post workout shake which is for people who lift weights, strength training. As with strength training it rips your muscles to build them, and protein helps repair them much faster. At least is what I was told by my trainer.
