  • Pavang82, Thank you!! I do lots and lots of deep lunges...usually front, reverse, and side lunges - 2-3 reps of 12 each. It's amazing the results you can see in even a week, it's nice to get a little extra lift in the bum ;) Stick with it...it's never to late to take back control of your body :)
