Maybe some high blood pressure. Breathing while working out has a big role... Your body demands oxygen when you workout. So remember JUST BREATHE. Also, make sure you are getting a sufficient amount of water.

My advice would be to not allow yourself a coke all day until you drink a bottle of water, maybe a 32 ounce water or more-- Thats what i had to do to for myself and i haven't had a coke in 6 days. Limit yourself to eating one plate and make the sizes of the foods proportional. Also, drink a glass of water before eating a meal..it helps to fill you some!
