I just upgraded from an Ultra to a One. Gave hubby the Ultra and he's already beating me lol Would like more friends so feel free to add me :) http://www.fitbit.com/user/23B2CX

Basic differences - The One™ is also rain, splash, and sweat-proof, allowing you to brave the elements. (the Ultra isn't) The One™ automatically syncs your data to PCs, Macs, the iPhone 4S, 5, the 3rd generation iPad, iPod touch, and – coming soon – select Android phones. (The Ultra only syncs via USB) The sleep chart looks…

How do you know which you are?

I quite enjoyed it, though I did spend most of it wondering when Amy was going to die - after seeing a trailer with the Doctor carrying her! Guess she'll be around for a while longer lol I did get a little confused at the end, but that's the way I like it

I can relate. I thought I should be a 1200er but then I got a fitbit. Turns out, when I'm not at work, I can burn around 2000 calories! On MFP, that makes me Moderately active. Never in a million years would I put myself as that. I sit down most of the day, but there are times when I'm running round after my 2 boys. If you…

This is me too - apart from the centre of attention bit.

Snow peas = mangetout. You should be able to get hold of them. They're slightly different to sugar snap peas.

:ohwell: (where's the shocked smiley?!)

^^ This. Tips are meant to be given for good service.

My almost-3 year old would throw a hissy fit if he didn't get a daily breastfeed. As long as he keeps asking, I won't refuse. Kudos to any mother not bowing to the unfair peer pressure to give up too early. *He's very tall for 3 lol

You get a single number on the Android version. I find it very useful. The Net details bit doesn't work - instead of showing weekly details, it shows the daily figures. It also has a handy pie chart so you can see your macro breakdown at a glance.

Oh my yes... *swoon*

I am doing it at home. I started with a 20kg dumbbell set and bought a bar and a swiss ball. I don't have anything else yet, but I'm only on stage one. I'm just looking to increase the weights as I can lift more than I have now but don't think I'll need anything else till much later.

Thrilling! ;)

I'm half way through stage one. I work out at home too, which is fun.

Went to see it today. Fab film. Can't wait for the sequel!

My favourite flavours! Will have to give it a go.

I'm at home. Can't afford the gym so I'm getting a home gym set up for me and the boys (when they're older) lol
-
I need to start making my own. Can't have peanuts though. Do those sites have recipies without?
-
I might try a smaller one. Didn't know you could get them. Mine is 65cm I think.
-
Haha - this is me. I hate cardio. I walk occasionally with my boys, but it's only to the park and back. I much prefer lifting weights. I'm currently doing New Rules of Lifting for Women which has challenged my idea of calorie intake and how much weight to lift.
-
Net = calories consumed - calories exercised You want to net your goal, whether that be 1300 or 1800.

Which one gives the most consistant result?

Why change then - just because someone else does it differently doesn't mean you're wrong.

70%+ chocolate is ~50 calories per 10g piece. That's my "go to" if I have a craving.

Have you tried Zumba? It's basically dancing! For weights - what about New Rules of Lifting for Women? I just started that. It's a workout but I much prefer it to running lol
