I love that you didn't use artificial sweeteners! I gave them up over a year ago and find that so many "diet" recipes use them. This is a relief to see it is already low cal and uses real sugar. Thank you for sharing!

I completely agree with you all that at 154lbs at 5'8" is just fine! It's not so much the number as how she made me feel... or I should say, how I let her make me feel. Clearly I needed to toughen up a bit, LOL! :smile:

I am 5'8" but I don't know my frame. I'm guessing I have a medium frame... but regardless, I started on MFP at 157-158lbs and I currently weigh 144lbs. replace your desk chair with an exercise ball. Helps improve your posture and will allow you to move at your desk more easily.

I always look at the menu before I go and plan my day accordingly. Exercise more and make sure I order what I planned on!
