I started with 5 in each hand, now I'm using 10 in each hand, I can't do as many reps as she does yet, but I do half and it will eventually build up to all of the reps.

I saw on Dr. Oz today, they put yogurt into a ziploc bag, cut the corner off and squeezed little nickel size drops onto a cookie sheet, freeze it for two hours, and they are little bite size treats

I know what you mean!! I have this, from having kids. Mine blend in with my fat too. The past few days though, it's starting to form the top of a six pack from exercise and strength. I think they WILL go down, just keep working at it!

You didn't check the INGREDIENTS hun, you checked the nutrition facts. If you look at the ingredients, you'll notice all kinds of bad stuff for you!! Not to mention the carbonation. Diet Coke is not as bad as regular coke, but it is still bad. Also, it can make you bloated for days from carbonation AND artificial…

Thanks....like my original post said, I thought I was doing it right. I guess I wasn't , I have to buy more fruits and vegetables. I just have a very limited income right now so I was working within my means.

Yikes :/ I take the metamucil because I sometimes don't go to the bathroom for three days and when I do, it's not fun. Sorry TMI but you asked and I won't get the true advice if I keep secrets.

Ok I will look into one of those. In the meantime (till I have the funds to buy one) I guess I will just use MFP to calculate my exercise. I think there may be a few other issues but I'll work it out. Maybe a low carb diet, maybe.

Wait!!! If I set my HRM to the weight I was when I first bought it, and I lost weight since then, do I have to re-program it to my new weight? Maybe that's why I'm getting the wrong numbers?? OMG I feel so dumb.

I use a HRM wrist watch from New Balance. It was $79.00 so I know it has to be closer to accurate than MFP....right?

I do the 30 day shred everyday which equals 300-400 calories. Then I do walking/jogging intervals for 50 minutes which equals to 600. That's about 1000 calories a day

My exercise is limited, all I can do is walk or do a video. I don't have a gym membership.
