Avacado high carbs??
Can someone please help me, I am tracking my food but it seems I cannot eat anything before or after an avacado because they are too high in carbs. So technically, I am going over 20 carbs per day because of my daily avacado. Please offer suggestions!

Help!! IBS safe proteins!!!
I have been thinking for a long time that I may have IBS-C. I need to eat more fiber, but also, looking at my food diary, I need alot more protein too. Most proteins (besides chicken breast) are not IBS safe. So does anyone have any advice as to what else I can eat? I really appreciate any help. Thank you :)

Burn 1000 calories a day and my weight is not moving :-(

I am looking all over online for a healthy meal I can cook on Sunday and just eat it all week. Does anyone have any idea? Does resting heart rate change when you are more active??
Hi, I bought a HRM back in February. At that time I was very inactive. My resting heart rate was 75. Now when I put my HRM on and check my resting heart rate it never is below 90. Is that normal? Do I need to readjust the HRM to 90 as my resting heart rate so I get a more accurate calculation during exercise? I should…

Let me ask, I noticed that when I lose weight, the breasts are the first to go. What looks and feels better and is more attractive, heavy women with big breasts? Or thinner, healthy women with small breasts? Seem I can't win either way....any opinions?

These carbs are KILLING me!!! HELP!!
