I add about 4-500 calories more than my weightloss calorie goal. I typically gain weight while breastfeeding but with calorie counting and using my Advocare supplements I have been able to lose weight this time. Thank God!

I had my daughter on 2/21. She was my third and last baby. I am currently 16lbs from pre-pregnancy and 56 from goal. I am breastfeeding which always makes me feel like I'm starving and I usually gain a lot of weight after having my babies. Wanting to break that cycle.

My youngest little bit is 7 weeks so I am ready to start my weight loss journey. I am currently breastfeeding so its challenging counting calories. So we are going on vacation the 2nd week of June and I would love to be down 20-lbs by then. That would put me a little below my pre-pregnancy weight.
