I usually stick to sirloins at restaurants or grilled chicken. Friday's has a 6 oz sirloin that is 370 calories. Counting calories, quit eating fast food, quit drinking sweet tea and cokes, drink a lot of water, and run/walk on the treadmill or do Jillian Michaels workouts at least 5 days a week.

If you have a Rue 21 near you, that is where I get mine. Oh, and Delias, but they are a little more expensive. They both carry short sizes, which I need lol.

A lot of people log it in as "circuit training general" and then you just put in however many minutes it was. I think I used to put in 25 minutes or so of that plus 10 minutes of "stretching", which is on there too. Others may do it differently.

OMG you is such a motivation to me!! Your starting weight is where I started and I want to get to 135. Definitely will keep you in mind when I think about giving up. Thanks so much for sharing :)

I started a week and two days ago. I didnt go over 1200, worked out 4 days, and have drank a ton of water. So far, I have lost 4 pounds.
