I keep in my head "you made yourself get this way" which if we all look at it we did and it did take time, so in fact of course it is going to take time to undo what we have done to ourselves. I had to laugh at myself the other day I was doing side crunches and happen to look down and it wasn't a pretty site hahaha. But we…

It is one thing to appreciate a beautiful person it is another thing to add these people on FB. You are in a relationship and I suppose everyone's interpretation of that is different. But to me you are a partnership and respect and love needs to be felt both ways. Guys and girls that knowingly hurt their spouse shows to me…

There are a few topics on here about the 30DS some fellow members have posted results which you can search for. I am currently on my 8th day and was very sore for the first few you have to push through it, the soreness goes after about 4-5 days. I can't say how much 30DS has made me lose as I am doing other things as well…

Well you have definitely come to the right place. There are some amazing people on this site who are supportive and motivating. I always say I wouldn't be putting in as much effort as I have been if it wasn't for this site and the people on it. Feel free to add me if you like :) I wish you the best of luck in your healthy…

My current one is a sneaky photo taken by a family member as I hate having my photo taken. So I have put it up in the hope that one day I will love having my photo taken :)

I have quite a lot of coffee also just another habit that I will need to wean off. I do put it into my diary as it is calories after all. I am hoping on cutting down to 3 a day then hopefully 1. Would love to get into herbal teas as the benefits are good but find it hard.

Supermarkets, fabric stores should have them :)

The weight comes off faster in the beginning because the heavier you are the more calories you burn when exercising.
-
hmm well although it is a goal it shouldn't be just about the weight it needs to be a lifestyle change otherwise we will all be back to where we are today. I think that goal will be rather hard for anyone. Based on your details that would require you to lose about 2.71lbs per week for 23 weeks. If you want the weight to…

Yep give your body the 'holy heck what is this we're doing" every few weeks muscle are good with memory so need to change it up :)

I would suggest you maybe plan your daily meals at the start especially if you are finding it hard to stay within your goal. Also look at your friends food diaries see what they are eating it may give you some ideas on different options I wish you luck you can do it!!!

Heya um the Calories gain from exercising can be eaten back or not it is fully your choice some feel they need those extra calories as you can get rather tired with some exercise. I wouldn't think it is possible to save them as you body would've already stored them. Also your other question about weighing yourself I think…

I would suggest either doing them on your knees until you build strength and then move onto full ones. I believe it is important to always have proper form so only going half way will not benefit you. Also there is the Hundred push up challenge that may help you just google it. The reps build up slowly depending on…

Slipped up but will be back on it tomorrow, not going to get down about it. Putting a bit of pressure on myself so I need to remember to take baby steps and aim one day at a time.

I know it's not Wednesday but I need a whine lol. OMG since stopping smoking I have had sleepless nights (which is extremely weird for me as I go to bed late and usually crash till my alarm goes off at 7am) was up at 4:30am this morning after going to bed at 9:45pm which is super early for me, I have not felt anything…

TIp Day: One thing that keeps me going is the quote "I have made a commitment not to take another puff" as we all know that one puff can lead to a pack, so if we make that choice not to take even a puff we are so there!. Cravings are hard I looked up how long it takes until you stop thinking about smokes some find it…

I think you can't put individuals into a box. It's exactly like us women some of us like certain things others don't. That I guess is the mystery, I think based on these questions you will get many answers depending on opinion and upbringing perhaps. In regards to sex on the first date the only thing that I find wrong are…

Fact Day: I stunk when I smoked lol but we all know that right.

Hey all well day two has rolled around and it is getting easier. Partner was meant to quit yet again today but didn't so I had to once again fight the urge to succumb to having one (which I know would turn into more). I realised it was the coffee and smoke I really enjoyed and I have trained my brain to think that way. So…
