Holy heck I am going to find the new challenge hard. I will be going with option (A) as there is no way I can jog that distance I have only started C25K :ohwell: But 5 miles is 8km and the most I have walked is 5km. Not to mention it is the middle of winter here :frown: If only I had a treadmill!!!
