I want to lift but I don't know what I'm doing and the trainers @ the gym are no help. I feel so overwhelmed with all the different weights and machines. I just don't know where to start so I just hop on the treadmill or elliptical and do my time.

When you go back to the grocery store to get the nutritional info off the bulk packaging. My individual cheese snacks didn't have the nutritional info on the packaging so I went back to the store to get it off the bulk packaging. I'm sure I looked crazy taking that pic....lol

I know the feeling. I'm not that big on "healthy" eating just yet. I'm more focused on weight loss which is different from eating for nutrition. I just leave. I'll go to the mall, for a walk, or over a friend's house. That usually does the trick for me. Are you incorporating treats into your daily calorie allowance? I use to binge when I deprived myself of my favorite treats/snacks because I once believed in the "good" food and "bad" food myth.

1000 calories? I think that's too low especially combined with exercise. There are a lot of knowledgeable people on this board and I hope they can chime in.

That's what I wanna know. How do you log it into the tracker? I don't wanna manually enter it because I'm not sure of the calories I'm burning.

I'm doing C25K as well. Today is Day3, Week 1. I want to do it 6 days a week which means I would have to do each day of the program twice. The first week isn't so bad. Are you using the app? Great job by the way!
