You mindlessly weigh other people's food on a food scale.
I once weighed two bowls of ice cream for my nieces & basically just scooped ice cream into a bowl with no set gram weight in mind.

I assess the macro content of other people's grocery checkout line contents.

Did you really weigh your water?
I added a few flakes to my breakfast cereal to hit 6 for fiber instead of 5...because a high-fiber breakfast is one of the things I do and it had to be over 5. So very stupid.2 -
When I lick the yogurt off the pull off foil lid.
Those are my calories and if I have to log them...I'm going to eat every last one of them.120 -
When I take two Lucky Charms out of the bowl to get it back to the pre-logged weight without making the conscious decision to do so.26

When you go back to the grocery store to get the nutritional info off the bulk packaging.
My individual cheese snacks didn't have the nutritional info on the packaging so I went back to the store to get it off the bulk packaging. I'm sure I looked crazy taking that pic....lol

When you leave a measuring cup out for liquids (like milk for your cereal) for your housemates...and they just pour it in the bowl like "normal" people!14

When you secretly delight that your calorie count is actually much lower because you let your dog eat the last 1/2 teaspoon of your yogurt or banana.40

When you have photos of nutritional panels at the deli counter in your phone from when you bought deli products and needed to know how to track them11

When there are "only" four restaurants you allow yourself to eat out at and you know the exact meal you can have and how many calories it contains. Then you log it as a meal......because you have it in your data bank as a meal13

Anybody ever done this one? My old pedometer is out of commission / don't have a fitbit, so on day 1 of walking I took the car on that exact route to get my mileage... I began to go a bit further and I counted each step in my head! (hey 100 steps is 100 steps!) Now I'm mainly just timing it & not worried about distance. Kinda feel like I'm from the dark ages without all the awesome tools available, but it's still science! LOL12
