    Did you really weigh your water?

    I added a few flakes to my breakfast cereal to hit 6 for fiber instead of 5...because a high-fiber breakfast is one of the things I do and it had to be over 5. So very stupid.

    ^^^^ I thought it was just me . . . . I'm not mad after all. I think I ticked 95% of the above . . . and the remainder . . . I thought 'why am I not doing this?' 'Oh, yes, 'cos I don't do office as I'm retired' LOL

    Pretty much this. Just yesterday I put my cup on the scales before pouring in some water from a bottle.
