  • This is something I know quite a bit about unfortunately. I'd first determine why you were sick in the first place. Then take at least a day to recover with mild nutrition and lots and lots of water. If you have no symptoms after a day of recovery and you feel energetic and "normal" go for a light jog. Don't kill yourself…

  • You're not eating enough to keep up with your activity. Even though you have a deficit, it's too much of one. Eat more veggies! This comes from a vegetarian :flowerforyou:
  • My first concern is, are you getting enough to eat? And secondly, do you know if you're burning more calories than you consume? That's the magic formula moreso than how many days you're working out. Don't give up - no matter what!:blushing:
