I have binged my way through my house and now I officially have nothing left to tempt me everything requires some form of prep! a good tip I read yesterday was eat - turning off the TV and with all the lights on - it feels like people are watching so you eat less?? not tried it yet but a good idea

a good trick while still fairly sober is to drink vodka lime and soda and then alternate it with a lime and soda - if you continue to have it in a long glass noone will know the difference..... obviously once you get tipsy it is harder to manage but a good way to control excess calories int he begining of the night eat low…

Thanks will have a read Just looked at the gym timtable - could get a body pump class in on a sat morning at 9 or friday night at 18.30 - 19.30..... other option is to do my own work....will read on what I can do

ok I weigh 192 pounds and would like weigh 132 I am 31 and female I did add all that information to MFP and selected the weightloss I was after and thats what popped up I was just shocked to see it so close to my BMR - will that be a hinderance or does it not matter

My mom used to use a pressure cooker - it is a pot with a special lid I amsure if you type it into google something will come up

I started emotinally eating when my parents split and still struglle with it - it is a hard habit to break but one I really want to !!! Good luck we can do this

I have 56 pounds to lose and am trying it at 1200 cals - obviously eating excercise cals - do you think I should up my cal intake - will I still lose? Howe many cals per day are you allowed when maintaining?

I never went in to see him for any weight related ailments it was a secondary point that arose during the consultantion! I am aware of the facts: move more eat less, hence why I am on MFP and hence why I haved yoyoed btw 2 stone trying to lose emotional eating and the like getting me back to square one again I was annoyed…
