I'm still here and sticking to the program-- I just forget to post in here! Sorry! I even made the group and I'm slacking! I'm also in the middle of an out-of-state move, so I'm pretty crazy busy :-/ It's all I can do to just get the workouts in (but I am!)
-
I SO did not want to work out today-- I had some really disappointing news and I could have just said "eff it" but instead I decided to take out my disappointment on the workout!
-
I ate very clean and stayed close to 1200 net calories per day
-
I started with Cardio instead of Lower Focus, but I got them both done!
-
I had to modify most of it today-- I just tried to keep thinking "Doing anything is more than doing nothing" and "I can't wait to see how much more I can do by the end of the 5 weeks!"
-
I loved the boxing parts and the stretching thrown in there! I detest burpees, but I did them all! I have a Fitbit and normally just let it adjust my calories for me, but it is way underestimating the burn from my HRM-- any suggestions on how I should handle it?
-
Meeeeee too!

I was huffing and puffing along the whole time, and did about half and half real and modifications. It depended on the move-- for anything lunging or squatting, I couldn't do the plyometric part of it. HRM said I burned over 300 calories in he 25 minutes, though! Looking forward to sticking to the program!

More push for me to start NROL4W-- you look great! I'm also at about my goal weight, but I'd love to work on body composition now.

I'm 5'10" and started at 305 lbs, down 140lbs to my goal weight of 165. I've maintained within 5-10 lbs for almost 8 months now

When I started, I was 65 lbs OVER the listed weight. When I renewed my license, I was exactly what HAD been listed so I didn't change it. Now, I'm 72 lbs UNDER the listed weight!

I'm thinking "Hard Work" on one foot and "Dedication" on the other possibly

Awesome job! I was just thinking that as well-- "I wonder if the people I meet now would ever know that I was over 300 lbs?" I hope the answer is a loud "NO!"

I've had issues with my chest strap for the Polar FT7 I have, but the way that it works the best for me is to tighten it even more than I think it might need to be and to have it about 2 inches below my sports bra. Once in a while, it still messes up, but that's how I can get mine to work almost all of the time.
