    My RI30 is due to come today....after reading this thread, I can't wait to start! I finished the 30DS last week and have been jogging and doing toning exercises to round out the time. 30DS was a good workout, and very managable. I seemed to adjust to the workouts within the first 5 days, and the next 5 were a lot easier. It sounds like RI30 will be a bigger challenge!

    I think I'll have to fight with my workout buddy to start this though, I think she wants to try the Brazilian Butt Lift first. After all this great feedback, I don't know if I can wait a month...lol

    I have the Brazil Butt Lift. It is really tough and the moves are advanced there are not modifications. Its sooooo worth it

    what kind of moves does it involve? Have you seen results?

    The Brazil Butt Lift, has a little bit of everything. I just don't like that everything is so advanced. I have to modify alot to keep up. If you complete the program you will def get amazing results. I just can't get through any of the dvd's they are alot tougher than I expected. I'm not following the program, because I switched to the RI30, but I'm going to pick back up the Brazill Butt Lift once I'm finished. I feel like I can do all of Jillian's moves but I cannot do half of the BBL

    good to know, think i'll have to wait on that one than :) how far are you with RI30?

    I started week 3 yesterday. Week 3 is very very tough!! lol I think I can get all the moves down by my last day of week 3. Wish me luck!

    My problem area is my stomach and butt, I know I can't spot reduce but I need something to strengthen my core. I feel as if I wasn't so wide (damn you hour glass figure) I wouldn't look so fat since i'm only 5'1

    I'm doing RI30 right now, just started on week 3. It's a great workout, especially week 3 for the butt/legs and you're doing a ton of variations of planks each week, so your core will get a great workout. Can't speak much for the 4th week, because this is my first go round. Good Luck!!

    How's everyone hanging in there? I want to personally thank JM for all the planks in level two and for my shoulders screaming at me this morning :flowerforyou: feel the burn

    This week will end up being 6 days. Level 2 is shoulders, eh.... *wince* I have weak shoulders... :grumble:

    too true... i'm on day 2 level 3 today... i think i'm getting closer to being able to pass her "quarter" test, since i can hardly sit at my desk without wincing... might have to add an extra week to level 3 just to make sure i'm doing all the darned exercises right (that sideways not-really-a-sit-up thing has me all confused...

    on the up side - i've already lost at least an inch off my waist with this DVD.

    but Jillian Michaels is still the devil. :tongue:

    OMG she cracked me up with her sayings about that, even made my bf laugh. Level 3 confused the hell out of me, I hope the second time I can understand it better

    Week 4 day 3 here. It should have been week 3 day 7 but I gave up on week 3. It was confusing, fast and I spent more time trying to figure out how to do some of the moves than actually doing them. I LOVE LOVE week 4! Im gonna do it for 10 days.

    I just got halfway through week 2. I STILL cannot maintain the plank position for 2 full minutes. However, I'm doing some advanced moves in this level to make up for it. I think I will watch week 3 this weekend to see what everyone is talking about. I guess I will also take new measurements, but I don't really expect to see much of a difference. My arms feel BIGGER, though.

    I just did day 3 of level 1 :-) tomorrow I am going to do Insanity Fast and Furious instead though! I'll probably do 5 days of RI30 and 1 day of Insanity with 1 rest day each week. Still did my 3 mile run this morning!

    Just completed this morning Week 2, Day 4 and definitely feeling more toned and losing inches off waist, hips, etc. I still can't do the ab hold very well but at least my wrists aren't killing me - I'll be glad to do less "planking", too.

    Also, Jillian just announced she brought home her adopted baby from Haiti and her partner had a baby earlier in the month! Congrats to Jillian and her partner!

    Me, too - definitely take measurements because that's where I've noticed a difference and I needed some positive reinforcement to keep my motivation!

    Level 1 day 1. I hate her and love her at the same time and I did swear quite a bit (often directly at her) haha
