I'm beginning Ripped in 30 tomorrow, and bought 3lb weights for it. Like you, I struggle with my upper body strength. Throughout my weight loss journey (240-150) I have never lifted a single weight, or done any exercise videos. I was just wondering if you've been seeing results? I'm afraid if I don't go with the 5 lb weights I won't see a change.

Yes I can feel my arms get stronger and I've lost inches around my arms and can see some definition good luck girl0 -

I posted before and during pictures. I'm doing week three now and moving on to week four soon. It's a great DVD and I lost three pounds already when combining the DVD with calorie cycling (or zig zagging). I'm also way more toned.0 -

I'm really excited to get started! I'm just waiting for my boyfriend to leave. It might get ugly in here, so I don't want to exercise when he's home.

LOL i kick my boyfriend out when I do the dvd's also. I'm doing killer buns and thighs now and can def see a difference in the lower half now too, so try that next0

I started RI30 2 days ago along with Brazil Butt Lift. Let me just say that I'm in pain right now, lol. I have a wedding to go to in a month and I'm hoping to lose a bit of my muffin top and firm up my legs a bit. It's gonna be hot there and I desperately want to feel as comfortable as possible. I've also cut out grains and have been eating as clean as possible. It's getting easier every day. Yay! I'll be getting a heart rate monitor and body fat calipers in the mail tomorrow so that will be incredibly helpful to track my progress. Wish me luck.0

I lost 3 inches in my waist and a few all around, plus it totally firmed up my behind. Love ripped in 30, I've done it twice!0

HI everyone! I was just reading all of these encouraging comments, and I have one question. Is this work out supposed to be done everyday? Or is it three times a week or every other day.0

I am on level 3 this week. I do it every day of the week except sunday. So 6 days of a level, rest for one day, then start the next level the following week.
Week 3 is killer!0
