    I'm beginning Ripped in 30 tomorrow, and bought 3lb weights for it. Like you, I struggle with my upper body strength. Throughout my weight loss journey (240-150) I have never lifted a single weight, or done any exercise videos. I was just wondering if you've been seeing results? I'm afraid if I don't go with the 5 lb weights I won't see a change.

    Yes I can feel my arms get stronger and I've lost inches around my arms and can see some definition :) good luck girl

    I posted before and during pictures. I'm doing week three now and moving on to week four soon. It's a great DVD and I lost three pounds already when combining the DVD with calorie cycling (or zig zagging). I'm also way more toned.

    Awesome! I can't wait to tone up my "bat wings".

    I'm really excited to get started! I'm just waiting for my boyfriend to leave. It might get ugly in here, so I don't want to exercise when he's home.

    LOL i kick my boyfriend out when I do the dvd's also. I'm doing killer buns and thighs now and can def see a difference in the lower half now too, so try that next :)

    I have started RI30 again. I have the buns and thighs and hope to start that next.

    Just about to do day two of week 1...The back of my thighs are killing me!!!! I had to walk the stairs at work like a little old woman!

    I started RI30 2 days ago along with Brazil Butt Lift. Let me just say that I'm in pain right now, lol. I have a wedding to go to in a month and I'm hoping to lose a bit of my muffin top and firm up my legs a bit. It's gonna be hot there and I desperately want to feel as comfortable as possible. I've also cut out grains and have been eating as clean as possible. It's getting easier every day. Yay! I'll be getting a heart rate monitor and body fat calipers in the mail tomorrow so that will be incredibly helpful to track my progress. Wish me luck.

    Thanks! I'm loving it so far...but not so much loving BBL. It's killing my legs but no pain no gain, obviously.

    I lost 3 inches in my waist and a few all around, plus it totally firmed up my behind. Love ripped in 30, I've done it twice!

    I might do it again, loved it lost 3 inches in my tummy and more all over and it was quick

    How are you guys tracking the RI30 exercises in my fitness pal? Also, any idea how many calories are burned for week 1 exercises?

  • HI everyone! I was just reading all of these encouraging comments, and I have one question. Is this work out supposed to be done everyday? Or is it three times a week or every other day.

    I am on level 3 this week. I do it every day of the week except sunday. So 6 days of a level, rest for one day, then start the next level the following week.

    Week 3 is killer!
