Your split muscles and extra skin can't be helped with any amount of exersize . But you can try to loose most your fat and the rest of you will look good. But I can't recommend a tummy tuck enought. I got down to a size 2 and still needed the surgery. Anyone that says its a cop out has no idea what they are talking about

I too am in love. I'm losing weight, getting toned from my workouts like none other. I'm never hungry AND my crohns disease is none existent. I'll be low carb forever

It might slow down, does for me. The biggest reason not to is because it's so god damn hard to get into ketosis that falling out is a huge pain in *kitten*. Not worth it in my mind. As Americans we live off carbs, and to successfully rid yourself of them is a huge feat in my mind. Why mess with gold?

No offense but if your family is eating that much KFC ( most dietitians say none to 1 meal a MONTH) they will need that trampoline! So must bad fat/ carbs / drugs / GMOs
