I was just looking at that! I use to do bodyrock two years ago when I was a senior in high school but when I gained all of my weight due to medication, seeing Zuzana's workouts are SO intimidating! But I may have to surrender and at least give it a try!

I have that DVD but I don't do it 30 days straight. I like to mix my workouts up because if I don't, I either get bored or hit a plateau. Besides, I think you're suppose to take a rest day in between because it's not wise to strength train every day. I learned that the hard way! If you do decide to do it every day, just…

I've had to take Prednisone since I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2008 and it has contributed to my weight gain simply because it increased my appetite. You shouldn't have to worry about side effects if you're only taking it for 3 weeks.
