I've been doing 1200 for 3 weeks now.. i find it hard to stay in my sugar im always over in sugar .. what are you girls eating

Once I lose another 5lbs and tone my stomach I will be wearing a bikini.. I have stretch marks from my 2 kids , but my belly ponch is what im more concerned about then stretch marks

Food went great today .. was over a bit in sugar .. as usual. Worked out on the elliptical for a bit tonight feeling pretty tired Monday's usually do that to me. goal for tomorrow keep the sugar down and so about 15 min more exercise

Had a bad eating day today kind of.. for breakfast me and my sister went to Starbucks which I had a pastry and a carmel machiatto (SUGAR!) The rest of the day was okay..
