Ok so if you want to get "model muscular" you're probably not going to be losing a ton of weight. Just be warned, so you don't freak out when you start gaining weight from lifting.

Great post! I love that I can fit into smaller jeans and can lift heavier weights. I love my curves. Sure, I wouldn't mind having a six pack, but I don't hate myself for not being there yet! My body is amazing and I love it :)

JK AGAIN!! I give up.

Dammit, you people beat me to it! BTW you're a man! And you have a face!

You better watch out, there's a fire behind you... Also, did you know you're wearing a funny looking helmet? And there are these white shiny strips on your oversized...suit.

Oh, and about the goggles...do they feel too tight? If so, loosen them! You really only need them tight enough as to not let water in as you're swimming.

Ok, so there are a couple ways that I figured out how to put it on quickly and efficiently. First off, try putting your hair in a really tight bun, about 3 or 4 inches down from the very top of your head. If necessary, tame unruly strands with bobby pins. From here, there are two effective ways to actually get the cap on.…

I'd like to be in!! But I just have a couple questions...is the competition based solely on how many lbs. have been lost? What about body fat %? Also, are there any competitions on lifting and the types of workouts everyone has completed? p.s. Sorry if this question has already been posted, but I didn't feel like looking…

I have been the exact same way! I was doing really well for quite a while, and then I just lost all motivation. But there is hope, I promise. Some tips: - Workout in the morning. It will make you feel better and healthier, thus making it easier to make better food choices through out the day. - Make a kick-*kitten*…

I always keep a pack of gum nearby...just pop in a piece whenever you get a craving!

Dough of any kind...cookie dough, cake dough, bread dough...even pancake dough! I just can't resist it! Also anything that is sweet and high in calories and carbs. They all get me every time haha!

I'm about 5'10", and 145 lbs. is my goal. Right now I'm about 155, and a size US 8, so I think that's about a UK 10 or 12. That's just an example that will maybe gauge and help sort out your weight loss goals.

This post isn't selling Shakeology...it's just about whether or not it's worth it, and asking if anyone knows where they can find a sample. Don't be so uptight.

I found a recipe for Snickerdoodle pancakes, and they are SO GOOD! (Makes about 6 pancakes) 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1T plus 1 tsp sugar 1/2 cup plus 2T milk 1/2 tsp vanilla extract tiny bit over 1/16 tsp salt (don’t omit) Just mix it all together, and fry like a regular pancake. For…

I am fine with being called skinny...fit and toned are much better, but whatever the word someone uses to imply that I look good, I'll take it!

Ice cream, cookies, donuts, lots of "white" foods (pasta, rice, etc.) and pretty much anything else with excessive amounts of sugar and fat xD

I'm pretty close to my goal, about 15 lbs away! I'm hoping to reach it with in the next 3 or 4 months :)

Drink chai tea and read a book :)

HAHAHA dork!!

My salads are usually made of romaine lettuce, spinach, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, a little cheese, and sometimes chicken. The dressing I use is sooo good and only like 40 or 50 cals for 2 tbsp! It's made by Kraft, and it's called Roasted Red Pepper Italian, with parmesan :)

When you're on the treadmill, I'd try mixing up the intensities. This keeps your body guessing so it doesn't fall into the same routine, thus reducing amount of weight lost. Also, it burns more calories! Another good idea would be to strength train. I usually just stick to the free weights, because it's hard to use the…

Hi! I'm Megan, and I would love to be friends! I'm down to the last 10/15 lbs I want to lose, but I need that last little push of motivation. I've learned quite a bit from my weight loss journey, so if you ever have any questions, feel free to ask! :)
