Any other tall girls out there?
Hi!! I'm looking for any other girls out there who are around 5'9"-6' looking to lose their last 10-15 lbs, coming to around 140-150! It's sometimes kinda hard having so many shorter friends who weigh what my goal weight is lol! But anyway, hit me up for support and motivation :)

Pulled Knee Ligament
So today as I was running, my MCL (the inner ligament on the knee) started hurting super bad. I could barely walk. It's been about 2 hours since I've been home, and it's still pretty sore. It's not incredibly swollen, and I've been icing it every hour or so. How can I tell if it's just a sprain, or if I tore it? Thanks!

Should I count net calories or just how many calories I take
Hi everyone, I have a question. Should I be concentrating on my net calories or the number of calories that are outlined for everyday? And when I exercise, do I really need to eat more calories that day? Thanks!!
