Ive found that in the morning I am STARVING, and end up eating everything in sight and blowing my calories:(
I'm not on some low calorie diet, I just try to stay away from eating alot at night.
Will a glass of almond milk be okay even if I dont log it? I ts only 40 calories or so..but I've heard it helps you sleep, and the last couple times Ive done it, I havent woken up as hungry!
Is it okay to do and not to log?

I think if it helps you wake up feeling better, then drink the milk at night. My question is, why would you not want to log it?0

I wouldnt want to log it simply because I just kinda have this relaxing time where I wash my face, and relax before bed, sometimes stretch, and I dont feel like logging on to a bright computer screen and logging.:/ i know, lazy but its the only relaxing time I get in a day!0

1) Log it the following day, on the previous day's entry (ie correct it the following day).
2) Is there a reason you don't like to eat at night?0 -
Ive read alot of things like "Your not active at night, so you won't put the calories anywhere but use them to gain weight." and crap like that. I'm a really active person and don't like eating before bed and feeling all heavy. Maybe its just a fear? And that could totally work.. I log all of my calories the day before anyways!0

What you've read is both common and wrong. All that matters is that over the course of time, fat oxidation exceeds fat storage and if you're eating in a calorie deficit, this happens regardless of when you consume those foods. You could literally eat ALL of your calories before bed and do just fine.
But, you should absolutely let personal preference dictate this. If you feel better going to bed without much food in you, then do it. I'm the opposite. I like to stuff my face before bed.0 -
^^ this guy. He's awesome:D haha:)

And yeah, I dont know my body tends to hold on to weight when i eat alot at night:( I love feeling thinner in the morning, I just cant take the hunger! its awful! I wake up at 5 in the morning to do a little yoga and get ready for school, and by 6 im starving to the point it hurts, but if i eat at 5, I eat more through the day:(0

So log it earlier in the day, in anticipation of drinking it.
I log almost everything I eat the day before, and then delete it later if I ended up not consuming it.0 -
I would worry the milk would give me a sour stomach during the night. I like a relaxing cup of tea, but I can see milk having a lot of issues with it.
I would log it either the earlier in the day (especially if your like Ami or I and tend to log your meals at the beginning of your day.) or the next day, go back and add on the milk.0
