Awesome job and to recognize that it's not a burden but rather a blessing to be able to work out. Perspective shifts everything. I've also learned to take things day by day. Having daily goals builds lifestyle and it takes away the overwhelming feeling of trying to reach a specific goal. Thanks for sharing SandyCoils…

Wow, this is amazing feedback, thank you so much, friends! My issues is that I have been struggling with sticking to my plan. I've tried different things, I may make gains but then I go back to square one. So I am thinking that altering the goal to something I think is more attainable might be the best way to go. Funny…

I'm 5'2, my current weight is 156lbs and my goal is 138lbs toned and fit. That is about the max where I should be but I would be comfortable at that weight. With my shape and current weight, after doing a bit of JM30DS I can fit into a size 7/8. My goal is to fit into 5/6 comfortably.

Hello! I'm 33 year old, work full time. I work out about 3 times a week but I would like to ramp it up to increase my weight loss and toning. I love JM 30DS because it is such a quick efficient work out. I plan to do this challenge in addition to running 2 miles a twice a week to my routine. My stats are as follows: SW:…

i would say you need to maximize your workouts for maximum calorie burn. you can be at the gym and not really burn many calories. also try adding variety of workout options is good for you not getting bored. for example, i switch up between insanity (month 1), jillian michael's 30-day shred, running (outside or treadmill),…

LOL I do this too! I weigh myself in undies always at the same time in the morning -- after using the bathroom and putting on my contacts :)

My goal is 1400 calories (sedentary lifestyle with a goal to work out 3-4 times a week @ 45 minutes) but I'm having a hard time sticking to it. Look forward to the advice offered in this forum on what to eat.
