Hey Ladies, How many EXTRA crunches have been done? We need to make sure we get 2,000 as a team. I've done 300 and will be sure I do 200 more by the end of tomorrow.

I think for Day A these will be my exercises: 15 Globe Jumps 25 Split Squats 100 Jumping Jacks 2 Min Bear Walk 10 Burpees +100 crunches Those damned Burpees kill me....I can't believe I'm voluntarily going to do them The weekend went by WAY too fast! :sad:
