If you cannot find one in the database that has the correct calories according to your bottle, you can enter it into the database.

I don't know that much about fitbit but doesn't that track your calorie burn as well while you are on the elliptical? Then you wouldn't log the exercise from the MFP database.

You shouldn't have any limitation about the types of food you can eat with dentures. If you have issues then they don't fit properly and you need to talk to your dentist. I know plenty of people with upper and lower dentures that eat anything they want including hard and cruncy stuff.

I've read several article about this. The reason the skin stays saggy is that there is still fat underneath, in order for the skin to tighten you have to incorporate strength training. The strengthening of muscle will help burn the underlying fat.

I'm curious too...happens to me also. I've tried adjsuting my sneakers to be looser and tighter and nothing seems to help.

Ahoy me lovlies, I be joinin' ya again! That is about all I have in me...LOL. I sent my AFTER pictures to Sonia last night (which will also be mty staring pictures for this month) and I pleased to say that although the scale didn't drop significantly last month, I lost some inches and got a LOT stronger.

I would wear it, that way you will have an ACCURATE account of what you burned. MFP exercise calorie burn are a guide, if you have something that will show what you actually burn...well you get it ;)
