My friend just became a BB Coach so I bought my Turbo Jam through her. If she didn't become a coach I would have bought through ebay, craigslist, or Amazon.

I blame McDonalds, and their effin fries for me being overweight! Those dang things used to just shove themselves into my mouth, and down to my stomach, and thighs. Those b@stards!

Sorry I didn't post my starting weight yesterday, but it is 172.5. My goal weight is 146, or lower, who knows.

I can speak a little Arabic. I have ridden on an Army Helicopter 213 times. I can site a scope, and disable a moving vehicle in just under 30 seconds. I love to go 4wheelin, and drive the 4wheelin vehicle. I have classic New Kids on the Block on my Ipod right now.

Your husband may very well be right. Try eating a banana, and drinking tons of water before you go out jogging, and see if that helps. Also if you are not stretching your calves, you need to stretch them, and that will help with cramps also.

I currently own a pair of Asics, and a pair of Nike Lunarglides. I love both shoes. If I where you I would hit up the Boulder running company, and have them do a gait analysis before I spend money on a pair of shoes.

She is also visiting me. I can't stop the hungry feeling, and it is driving me up the wall. Iam trying to take in more water instead of food, so I know the scale will only rise for the next few days :-(

When you have a 22 year old cadet walk up to you and say "dang Mrs. A you look smokin hot". When you can walk up 2 flights of stairs without feeling like your ticker is about to explode.

I go hiking on the weekends. Depending on the length of the trail, hills, and how much I carry on my back I can burn anywhere from 1,000- 2,500 calories.

Anything from 5 guys where all the burgers are over 1100 calories, and the fries alone are around 700 calories.

I agree with everyone about the C25K program, it is great program, and it works. My other piece of advice is to take it very slow. To many try to take it to fast, and either burn out quickly, or injure themselves.

Look at your little girl in your profile picture. Do you see how happy she is? She won't be that happy when has died from something that was completely preventable. If anything, you need to lose that weight for her. What are you teaching her? That quitting is ok when the going gets tough?

Just this past Monday when my brother and sister in law finalized their 2 adoptions of 2 wonderful boys! I cried like a baby.

Can I join?? My starting weight this week is 180. Wk 2- 179 wk3- 178 wk4- 177 Iam losing about 1Ibs or so a week, so that is why I put 1 Ibs every week.
