I find that I do better with my workouts on a full stomach. I usually hit the gym about an hour after I eat dinner.

I love that program. I lost 10 pounds doing it before I hurt my knee in week 5. I didn't hurt it doing the program, it was while running. I would definitely do the program again.

Todays weight is 176. Iam chalking the weight gain up to my cycle starting in a few days. I did however start day 1 wk 1 of p90x last night, so iam very excited about that. I hope to see the flab turn to muscle.

I hate it when people pass me, and don't let me know to move out of the way. If you say "on your right", then I will move to the left for you to pass by, and vise versa. Don't just attempt to run right through me!

I weighed in at 175.5 yesterday. It is a 2 Ibs loss, so iam happy with that. Next week I hope to see yet another loss!

Iam a runner, but not a marathoner by any means. Before I go run I make sure and eat something like a sandwich, or a protein bar. For some reason I do not run well on an empty stomach. Yesterday I ran 3.45 miles, and today I will hopefully do the same! Iam taking my 8 year old daughter with me tonight to my very first running group, so we will see how it goes. It is supposed to be around degree's when the run takes off, so we may very well be walking....lol.

I live in Colorado Springs! One of my favorite hikes, and a favorite by many visitors is the Manitou Springs Incline. I also love the Crags, and Garden of the Gods. Pikes Peak is nice, but you really have to be careful. Alot of visitors try that first, and have a hard time because of the altitude gain.

Group 4 Weight: 159.5 No change in weight this week because Doc will not let me exercise because of my knee until I see him tomorrow. I have an MRI scheduled for tonight, so I pray everything looks well.

Can he have some kind of sugar free protein drink or something along those lines? You can try doing something like Muscle milk or something, those will make him gain weight pretty fast.
