ladies please.....

Ive just started the 30 Day shred apart from two very sore legs Im doing fine!This is one for the ladies I seem to have a very weak bladder I suppose after 5 pregnancies thats not suprising any hint or tips to control leaks,thank goodness Im doing this in my kitchen it would not be funny in the Gym!! Im doing pelvic floor exercises to no avail,I find the jumpimg Jacks on the video cause the worst problem!Any ideas or do I just have to live with this??

    Have you tried to Kegal exercises?

    In the book The Orgasmic Diet, Marrena Lindberg recommends the gyneflex to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. It offers some resistance. It works. I've only had 2 pregnancies but also have had issues with urinary incontinence during jumping exercises.
