WHO WANTS TO BE A HOT MOM? - GROUP RESULTS, Week 6 (8/29)
Hello, Hot Moms!! Check out the weekly stats below.
We have lost over 200 pounds!!
Here's a quick summary of the past 6 weeks. I re-did the numbers to account for all the late check-ins.
Way to knock it out of the park!! As a group, we lost more pounds this week than the previous 4 weigh-ins! This is going to make a HUGE difference in reaching our goal weights by New Year’s.
Is anyone wondering what happened to Group 5? Their captain hasn’t checked in since August 1, and they only had a couple of members who checked in regularly. Their posts were fewer and coming days apart, and I was afraid we’d lose them. Group 7 “adopted” the active Group 5 members – :flowerforyou: many THANKS to Group 5's captain, wanna_be_fit!!:flowerforyou: And look what happened when the groups joined together!
As a combined group, these ladies are losing more together than they were apart! And they are more active on their group postings as well. Having a larger active group can make a big difference. If you want to see how the other groups are doing, then check out their threads below.

Good morning ladies. My weight this morning was 164.2, and I got in a total of 8 miles this week!0

YEAH my weigh in today was a success I weighed in at 174.3.....down 3.2 lbs ....that is almost as much as I lost the last month. I think having the kids back at school makes it alot easier not only with workouts but it is harder to eat the right things when they are home wanting snacks and to go out all the time to eat. .So glad to feel back in the game........

I'm so proud of myself! It only took 2 weeks to lose the 4 pounds I gained 3 weeks ago. Yay! Been working my butt off thus last week I ate out a lot but made sure I did my daily workout and was under my calorie goal all week0

It looks like we are doing really well with our miles challenge. This challenge really pushed me to run/walk more than I though I really could. Should we mix it up and add another challenge? I think it would be great to keep up with the miles challenge but also add something new.
I'm wondering what kind of workouts everyone does. Everthing I do is at home. I do DVDs, walk outside with my daughter and also run/walk no the treadmill. I don't have the courage to run outside.0 -

As far as workouts I go to the gym and do the stationary bike, treadmill and weights also I do walking and exercise dvds sometimes,......I want to start using my resistance bands though. What exercises does everyone else do?0

Hello, Hot Moms!! Check out the weekly stats below.
Here's a quick summary of the past 7 weeks.
After 7 weeks, we have a solid number of moms checking in.
Did any of you realize that we crossed the quarter mark on August 29th? We are more than 25% through this challenge!! The time is flying fast! In order to reach our goal weights, we need to remember that EVERY DAY counts. Right now, there are 115 days left in this challenge. Let’s keep moving and losing!
Next week, on our 8-week mark, I’ll run another individual assessment to see how many members are on track to reach their December 31st goal weights.

sorry the chart is so late this week. With it being a 3 day weekend I was extremely busy then yesterday my daughter and grandbaby came up to visit and go shopping and the girls had gymnastics. So I have been busy the last 4 days. Today it feels good not to have anything planned. Well except exercising and good eating LOL.
CONGRATS to all the losers this week. WE ROCK. This is an awesome team. We all check in almost everyweek, we are losing and we are doing great with our miles. Have a good , healthy, active week.......and dont forget to check in on friday with our weight ins.......

where is everyone? My weigh in for today is 173.9. I have been sick the last few days, so I have not wanted to eat but havent wanted to exercise either. Today I am feeling better so I will at least get in a walk. Hope everyone is able to weigh in today..........0

Really bad week for me, up a pound 169 today. So dissapointed in myself, just haven't been exercising. Back into the grove today, going to work hard all weekend!0

I'm at 164.6 this week. I had a really bad eating day on Sunday and tried all week to make up for it. I hosted a bbq and I didn't really keep track of what i was eating or drinking .0

Today iam at 163 with 8 Miles this week. I had a really bad eating day on Wednesday, so I didn't even bother to finish my food log on that day.0

Weighed in this morning at 168.2, a half pound down since last week. This feels like it is going REALLY SLOWLY for me! I am halfway through Jillian's Ripped in 30 DVD, and it is HARD! I am building muscle, so that's good, but I wish some of this fat would go away!

It looks like several people had rough days this week. The important thing is to just get back ontrack. We all have off days, but whether we just give in the towel or get back ontrack determines whether we continue to lose weight or put back on part of what we lost. WE CAN DO THIS.......
