  • There is an irony to weight loss...eat too little, your body thinks it's starving and won't give up any of it's fat storage OR eat too much and the food that wasn't burned turns into fat. I believe your problem is... is you are not eating enough and therefore, your body thinks it's starving itself. Long term "starvation"…
  • No problem. I am also adding you as a friend cause I like to spy on other food diaries too! And my food diary has been open since day 1 too. Yay for diary sharers!!!
  • The one problem I see with this diet is your protein intake, unless you have some protein supplement you are taking.
  • Wow. You have some really great ideas. Thanks for sharing. I'll probably be making something like this soon. Instead of using the non-fat whipped cream, i use the non-fat frozen yogurt. Its about 100 calories for 1/2 cup (or about 1 scoop)

  • I could have biked home the easy route, but I took the long route instead
  • Wow. You look super amazing. Great job on all achieving all your goals and aspirations and I wish you a whole lot of luck on the fitness competition. You should have no problem from what I see. Looks like you know what it takes and you did it. Again, great job and I urge you to continue to do whatever it is you are doing,…
  • SO TRUE. They used to have us do physical fitness tests in elementary school. And the problem was...I was fat, not fit, not prepared to be tested, and I simply did not want to do any of those tests. Especially when the fit, skinny kid was doing 12 pull ups and I did a total of..oh I don't know...zero. I felt terrible about…
  • Although this may be a little intensive, P90 and P90X are great workout programs to follow. Plus, you are not required to follow all the videos. You can follow only the cardio exercises if you want. All the exercises of this program are really great and intense. I suggest you give it a try.
  • I weigh myself every day early in the morning, right after I get up and start eating breakfast. I lost almost 10 lbs. in a week and a half, so it was well worth it. Soon I'll be weighing myself once or twice a week once I reach my goal weight. (I'm not to far from my goal weight, so knowing my current weight is a good…

  • I would say club soda is not bad for you. It's like drinking carbonated water. So..it's almost like drinking water. Though you should probably start drinking water and start waning off drinking seltzer.

  • I have no problem becoming a friend of yours as long as you are serious about using the site daily and consistently. If you are serious, no problem, friend me. If you think this is something you are going to wane from, then do not waste my time or yours. Sorry about sounding so harsh, I just hate when people say they want…
  • Eat small meals throughout the day to limit the evening / night binges. To be really "on the ball," you want to try to eat your last meal at least 3 hours before you go to sleep.
  • I go to bed at 9 PM so I can get to sleep by 9:30 PM. I wake up at 5:30 AM so I can get my day started early. That means I get exactly 8 hrs of sleep each night.
