  • I got this on the weekend and i love it. Been to a few classes but love the fact i can now do it as often as i want. I have been doing to 20mins but going to attempt the 45mins. Hope my HRM arrives soon as i want to put in my cals correctly
  • I'm on day 10 today. I think it's a great workout. For 20 mins, she really pushes you, so you think you may die. I have noticed my legs have slimmed a bit and my calves look stronger. Also my tummy has gone down a bit. Lost 2lb so far but have been watching what i eat also
  • Can i join you. I'm on day 6 of the 30 day shred DVD and started level 2 last night. Omg it was hard. Didn't think i could finish it but i managed, just. I haven't done my measurements. Wish i had now.
  • Oh i see. Thanks very much. That has explained it for me so i didn't eat enough yesterday. So tomorrow i plan to burn about 300 cals again. So i need to consume 1640 and still lose weight. That is good news
