How much exercise?
I'm just wondering if you exercise everyday and what exercise you do? I try to do at least one exercise a day, yesterday i managed, treadmill, 30 day shred and zumba wii but that's only because i didn't have anywhere to go. So what's your weekly routine?

I'm confused please help
Hi all I'm new to this site and have started my food and exercise diary this week. I have lost some weight but decided to try counting cals. It says my daily calorie intake should be 1,340 per day. When i add exercise, like yesterday i burnt off 300 cals, it topped up my daily calorie intake. How does this work? Seems odd…

Hi Thought i would introduce myself. I'm nikki and so far have lost 18lbs. I have 13lbs to go and have decided count my cals. This website is fantastic for keeping track. Although it's trickier sticking to my cals than i thought. Looking for some support to make it to target
