Im from hamilton too, and would be keen to meet up sometimes. I usually do most my work in the gym, but am training for a 10km run in 6 weeks so gonna start running around the lake 2 times a couple of times a week.

Havnt done the shred since like turesday i think :( But hav started up with my personal trainer so doing her workouts and lots of cardio, so should still get results, although am going to start level 2 again tomorrow!!

Day 3 completed!! Almost talked myself out of doing it, but after i actually start it the 20 mins goes pretty fast and im fine. Am going to take photos after the first 10 days so am hoping i can see a little bit of a result like some people on here have had! Keep going guys you can do it!

Day 2 complete! And it felt a little bit easier already! Although i can really feel my leg and arm muscles, and starting to feel my abs too. Can only be a good thing!

Yay day 1 complete!! Was hard, but not too hard, like i can see myself doing it reasonably easily after 10 days. bet il feel my legs tomorrow though after all those squats lol

I have 3 weetbix plus trim milk and a scoop of protien powder cooked in the microwave. so warm and yum and keeps me going till lunch

I work odd hours, so the vitaweat isnt actually really a proper breakfast, i jut eat them all throughout a few hours while im at work. Thats really intereting how yous say i eat a lot of junk!
