    I know it is July 2nd but I just happened to buy 30 DS at Walmart & I would like to join in with this group! I will start tomorrow a.m. :)

    Finish day 1 today! :) some parts I could quite make it through but I kept my feet moving and did it!

    Finished day 2.

    it was tougher than yesterday, especially any part with the weights; i think i somehow hurt my elbows? because they really really hurt.
    I think when I do this tomorrow I'll not use weights (still go through the motions though) and take it easy on the push ups. :(

    I'm in, I finished the very first work out today. I didn't think it was gonna be so hard haha. I'm a fan, I'm gonna keep at it.

    Erg, today was pretty painful for me too. :) Day 2 and 3 are always the worst.

    I was the same! The muscles just above my elbows were REALLY sore! It does get better :smile: I did level 1 day 5 yesterday!

    Finished day 2, not gonna lie-- I am sore from day 1. Even though it felt easy doing it- I am having some leg pains today!
    Also- I only got up to 96 cals on my HRM, how about everyone else?

    Did L1D1 this morning. I rested for 7-8 seconds during most of the strength bits - especially squats/lunges - but overall I really didn't think it was that bad, and I figure I should be doing it without rest by day 5 or so. So far I'm not sore, but I'm sure that'll be a different story in the morning! I'm excited to see my results, and, of course, everyone else's :)
  • I am in just started this today. Was soaked with sweat the first 10 minutes. Also took my measurements to see how many inches I lose in the 30 days. Good Luck everyone.:smile:
  • Day two for me! I thought my arms would fall off, but it wasn't too bad! Took measurements and before pictures to see my results. Anyone else doing this feel free to add me. :)

    How do you guys determine your exercise cardio calories for JM's 30 day shred?
  • I started the 30 day shred on Saturday...muscles are still sore but have gotten better so hopefully i can start day two tomorrow :) I'm gonna do ripped in 30 after and six weeks to six pack or whatever then other stuff. I'm actually looking forward to working out lol.

    I just use the pre-entered ones for circuit training in MFP database. It's probably a bit lower than what I burn, but some of their other ones are over, so it evens out :smile:

    Hi everyone
    First I' ve heard of the 30 day Shred. Since it is late tonight, I'll start tomorrow. So I'll be joining 3 days late. Because of my schedule, I'm planning for 5 days a week, more if I can.
    And I'll start my day tomorrow with measurements since it seems a better way to see progress. Weight loss is not always there for me because I don't loose easily. So if inches come off, I'll be happy.
    One question, Are there different days to level one or is it 3 levels, same exercises for the whole 10 days.

    Level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days, level 3 for 10 days. Same workout for ten days at a time :bigsmile:

    I just did day 1, level 1 and I'm so proud of myself!! I ordered the dvd online but couldn't wait so used YouTube. I'm so excited to see all of you doing 30DS too! We ROCK!

    Day 3 completed!! Almost talked myself out of doing it, but after i actually start it the 20 mins goes pretty fast and im fine. Am going to take photos after the first 10 days so am hoping i can see a little bit of a result like some people on here have had! Keep going guys you can do it!

    I gave up this morning with exuise that i need 1 day rest( im in pain ) but will do it in the evening cose keep thinking about it.

    I finished D2 last night. I am extremely sore in my legs. Maybe tonight will be easier. I can't do all of it yet, just what I can. But something is better than nothing.

    Good news guys, I just discovered the 30ds helps with cellulite!!! Only a small change, but a small change to give me confidence this will work. My butt thanks Jillian very much =)
