We actually came up with our own schedule which will include a few days of running.... so it will take us 10days to get through 7days!!! So we will do each phase these way for 30 days for a total of 90days.... dont think we will need and extra week of recovery because there are 2 recovery days and a yoga day in each 10day…

People kill me with the im going to starve myself thin diet.... People it doesnt work that way, youve got to eat if you want to lose weight!!! 600-700calories a day... no wonder your burning less and not losing any weight.... your body is in reserve mode.... it is holding on to ever bit of fat it can and only burning…

Still no running for me... my foot still isnt 100% and if i walk on it too much it starts hurting again!!! So ive missed over a week of running now!!! =(

Only got in 1mile this week before i hurt my foot.... not really sure what i did but i havent been able to put my weight on it without it hurting now for 4 days.... its feeling better today but going to wait till Monday to start running again!!! Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!

They're really not all that bad.... only 10secs sprint with 50secs recovery!!!! It takes about 12 rounds to make a mile..... they are really helping a lot with my speed.... Starting next week i will be doing 15secs sprint with 45sec recovery!!! They also help with the long runs too!!! Got in a 6.5mile this weekend and i…

6.5 miles today along with a 0.5mile cool down walk for a total of 7miles!!! ;-)

Chili 5k this past Saturday!!! So now im up to 4miles...... got to work on that number this week.... hope to get in about 10-12miles this week!!!! ;-) Still having trouble with my ticker!!! But i will figure it out!!!!

The draining i understand but rinsing the meat.... thats not doing anything but watering down the meat!!! And the calories saved cant be enough to even worry with.
