Dont know how tall you are but looks like this one gives you more of a 2000/1300 split!!! This is for IFing too!!! Dont know if you do that or not!!!

Not sure about this but i would think the 1700/1300 split or a 1700/1200split would be better!!! Here is the calculator i use to use but havent in some time!!! Need to get more serious about diet again!!! http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/

Only 190lbs for me but soon I will hit 200+ and be grinning from ear to ear..... first I got to get my big boy plates (hopefully next weekend)!

I know I know :laugh: I'm going to turn back to it from now on I promise and I have deads tomorrow! Thanks about chin ups.... I love working my back can only do 2 pull ups with 25lbs but I'm cool with that! :-)

Thanks!!! I figured it was fine you could hear the guy say it was good!!! I think its cool you did that, i think my biggest problem with ever doing a competition would be finding one in my area!!! Opp, Alabama isnt known for this kind of stuff!!!

My lifts were on page 3 too.....no worries about the plug LOL!!!!! As far as your lifts i think they looked good but i couldnt see the beginning of the squat so im assuming it was plenty deep!!! ;-)

Yeah I think my depth is good in squats but I don't think I really pause in benches but then again don't really understand the idea behind that so much as long as you aren't bouncing it off chest but still touch chest seems it would be good enough. Oh well I will start working on the pause!

Awesome info..... that's my concern getting red flagged would suck..... that's why I want to perfect form first then maybe just maybe I would feel confident enough to do one! :indifferent:

Never been to one, but 5 is too many to me!!!! LOL.... this is the first time i have ever shared my lifts with a group.... only have one person other than husband who sees them and he is the one who critiques my form!!!

LOL, yeah everyone looks at me crazy when i talk about weighted chins, i usually do work sets with 7.5-10lbs depending on if im doing wide grip pull ups, standard pull ups, chin ups, or neutral grip!!! I know a girl who can pull 100lbs x 2.... talk about impressive!!!

Ok i know this has ended but still wanted to share!!! Bench Press, I failed trying for a new PR of 125lbs and then my normal max of 120lbs i failed also so my 115lbs is kind of weak even though normal i can do 2 with no problem!!!! I should have taken my Squatting Neck Pad off but i forgot!!! :-/…

Ok finally videoed my bench, squats, and deadlifts.... and for fun chin ups with 25lbs for 3 reps!!! I will have husband uploaded to youtube and i will share this afternoon or tonight!!! This was all just for fun since i just joined the group!!! ;-)

Long bouts of cardio yes but a lot of them do incorporate HIITs because it doesnt kill progress from lifting, and im talking physique pros who are interested in low body fat! But diet is key to it all, no amount of exercise is going to off set a bad diet!
